1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintRSVP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MintRSVP is an event management platform that allows users to create events, manage registrations, sell tickets, and check in attendees. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information to attendees
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle attendee data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
  • Fulfill ticket obligations and honor refund policies
  • Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

5. Payments and Fees

MintRSVP is free to use for basic event management. For ticketed events, service fees and payment processing fees may apply. Fee structures are displayed at checkout and may be updated with reasonable notice. Refund policies are determined by event organizers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Creating fraudulent events or misleading attendees
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Using the Service to distribute malware or spam
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the Service
  • Impersonating another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant MintRSVP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintRSVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MintRSVP in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
